Heating engineers who sell what they would install

Why we sell Stiebel Eltron

We put Stiebel Eltron heat pumps, hot water cylinders and ventilation units into our own customers' homes in Perth. When a unit fails on one of our jobs, we are the ones who go back. So we stock the brand we would choose for our own installs.

Stiebel Eltron is a German family company. It started developing heat pumps for hot water in 1976 and has sold its heat pumps in Australia since 1996.

What we do, and what we don't

• We sell the Stiebel Eltron range Australia-wide, at online prices with GST included.
• We deliver free to every capital city except Darwin, from distribution centres in each state.
• We write plain-English guides, a selector tool and an installer brief for every unit, so you can choose without a sales call.

• We don't install outside Perth and the south-west of WA. Your own licensed plumber or electrician does that.
• We don't design systems over the phone for free. If you need a design, our design service does it properly from your plans.
